That’s a very interesting list. The only one that really surprised me was radish, and I should have known that, given the shape of the flowers and the basic taste. And, by golly, there’s a use for kale besides looking gigantically magnificent in the veggie garden (you think I’d EAT the stuff??? Not a chance!) Walking sticks. Who woulda thunk it?
